Abook I Would Like To Write About

One of my lifetime goals is to become a dietician and work with patients making them feel good about themselves and helping them make lifestyle chances which will enhance their daily living and health. One of the ways I plan to achieve this is making the thought of foods pleasant and exciting. In
recent years individuals are more health conscious; the idea of food is associated as having too many calories, fat, unhealthy and fattening. I want to bring back the excitement when it comes to food, make it a social event and a way that appeals the taste buds.

I want to write a book that talks about health concerns and perceptions about food develop recipes that address them. My audience to be aware that food can be healthy, appetizing, fun and yet offering lower calories that does not affect the quality and taste of each dish. Recipes that are quick and easy that does not have to include frozen, processed unappealing foods. This book I can recommend to my patients other associates that will help them with food preparation, weight loss assistance, even with health issues such as obesity and diabetes.
